One integrated model

The challenges communities face rarely arrive one at a time.

A young person may need digital skills, but also confidence, career readiness and access to opportunity. A woman working in an extractive economy may need enterprise support, but also safety, finance and market access. A child may need mentorship, but the family around that child also needs resilience and support.

That is why MentorSpace does not treat education, livelihoods, health, leadership and the environment as isolated issues. We connect them, so progress in one area can reinforce progress in another.
